Q: I’ve placed my order online, but how will I know you received it?
A: As soon as your order processes, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Q: Once I receive my Order Confirmation email, how long before my order ships?
A: Generally within 2 business days.
Q: How can I tell if my order has shipped?
A: As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email. US orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail and are estimated to deliver in 2-3 days. International orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International and are estimated to deliver in 6-10 days exluding any delay in customs.
Q: If I need to exchange an item, where should I send it?
